Its not a good morning to start with. Got tick off by one of the Residents here due to my so called ignorance (according to her). She tick me off by letting a stray dog out from the estate. Its actually not a stray dog but it belongs to one of the houses outside the estate. She said that I am responsible if the dog is being knock down by a vehicle (DUH). She said I should have kept it with me or go from unit to unit to chk it belongs to which unit.
Firstly, does she knows that all the staff in the estate are all muslim?
Secondly, does she knows that we are not allowed to touch dogs?

I told nicely that we are not allowed to touch the dog and that my cleaner out of goodwill manage to get a string to bring it out since it does not belong to the owners in the estate.

Then she told me that I should have treated the dog better and treat it as human! HUH!!!
Of course nowadays there is laws which covers on the animals being hit and run. But...does she know abt it at all that we are not allowed to touch dogs. MAN....I am in a dilemma and this sentence really pissed me off.

Sometimes, its not easy being the Management having to put up with the Residents of different character and behaviour. Patience and preserverence is the key factor to the job!
