Yay!!! We are re-appointed again at the AGM. Yaho....3 cheers for Siti!!

Hahaha...relief of stress for me. But I din expect to be commented at when its not even my fault. I guess people mentality cannot be change. For no rhyme and reason I am being targetted at. So lucky that my existing Council members understand the scope of work of the Managing Agent. If not..I guess..I would be queried at after the meeting. Well...watever it is, thank you all for the support given to us.

Am doing my bag packing tonite as I would be busy with alot of paperwork and stuf..writing minutes, follow-up on defects, meeting with Consultant and contractor. Phew..alot of work.

Oh ya...I even got commented for not answering the phone calls. Hey..I could be busy attending to residents query, not in the office, could be in the toilet, on the other line, going round the estate or I could be on leave or MC. Wats the problem. Just leave the message with my guards and I would get back to you soon. GOSH..dats how hectic my work is. Its like a time bomb..anytime it can explode without any warning at all.

Oh yar!!! My house renovation has started. Oh my! Let me warn you people that its a BIG & BIGGER headache when you have to choose your house tiles. We practically spent nearly 3 hours just choosing the right tiles & colour as well as concept for my house. i gave up....I tell you. Its always like when u really like the tiles, its really expensive and you try to keep within your budget. Dats what I have gone thru. I tink next time I shld have left the whole headache to my ID so that they can give us the proposal. Hahaha..

And finally its decided...What we choose...??? Just wait and see. Hopefully to be able to move in before end of July so as to have ample time to do the tidy up before the All-in-one kenduri. Haha..

we have actually plan to have the All-in-one kenduri during the National day whereby its a PH to all. Starting in the morning so that people could go out after that if they have any plan.

Then, my b'day & Aniq b'day coming soon...double yay! yay! Pressie cuzzins...dun forget me!!

I tink dats all for now. My head is about to explode now..and before it does,I better have a good stroll around the estate.
